Practicing Mindfulness: An Introduction to Meditation

Forget what you assume meditation to be. Alysha Pfeiffer will help us figure out what meditation can be for each of us.

  • Get tips on how to focus & calm your mind.
  • Learn breathing exercises that soothe the nervous system & increase your ability to be present.
  • Practice simple ways to shift thoughts away from negativity & frustration to positivity & compassion.

Bring a yoga mat (if you have one), a pillow and/or small blanket. We'll be doing a few different positions to find the right one for you. 
March 19th at 6:30PM ~ $15/person due at the door ~ refreshments will be offered.
