- Get tips on how to focus & calm your mind.
- Learn breathing exercises that soothe the nervous system & increase your ability to be present.
- Practice simple ways to shift thoughts away from negativity & frustration to positivity & compassion.
Bring a yoga mat (if you have one), a pillow and/or small blanket. We'll be doing a few different positions to find the right one for you.
